Names, teams, and data

Front Office Hoops is a basketball management simulation. We invented every team name and logo in the game.

Real player names and real statistics appear in our Real Players mode. Names and statistics are facts, and we use them the way a box score or an almanac does. We derive every rating and grade ourselves, from public statistics, using our own formulas. We do not copy ratings from any other product.

The game has no player photographs or likenesses. We generate player faces or draw them from a generic image pool, assigned at random — a portrait shown next to a real player's name does not depict that player.

Front Office Hoops is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Basketball Association, any NBA team, the National Basketball Players Association, or any player.
